National Anthem Day: September 14! Did you know that our national anthem is 205 years old?!

Pre-School Curriculum First Steps  

Pre-School and Kindergarten: Current songs include Purple Light, Go Round the Mountain and Going Over The Sea! We also met Ta and Shh!

First Grade: We are currently learning about the instrument families. We are working on a book of our favorite instruments that will come home before the holidays!

Second Grade: We are learning about Tchaikovsky and the music of The Nutcracker. Ask us to perform our dance to Overture and March.

Third Grade: We are currently working on music and dances for our class play, which will be December 11th at 9:00 am

Fourth Grade: We have begun playing the ukulele. We know C, F, G and Am chords and played I'm Yours by Jason Mraz.

Fifth & Sixth Grade: We are working on playing the ukulele. We know C, F, G, Am and C7 chords. We are playing a lot of songs! 

Chorus


Chorus is open to all 5th and 6th graders. We meet every Monday and Tuesday morning from 7:50 am - 8:15 am in the music room. No sign up - just show up that morning if you want to join us!

Chorus concert is Wednesday, December 18th at 7:00 PM. A blue handout came home with all of our dates. Or you can see it here: Chorus Winter Dates.docx
