From Your PTO Presidents

The mission of the Atlantic Highlands Elementary School PTO is to promote and foster the partnership between parents, teachers, and the school community at large in supporting the AHES mission of educating of our children.

The PTO helps achieve this mission year after year through the implementation of varied programs across the school.  None of these programs would be possible without the incredible involvement of our teachers, staff, and family members.

This 2017-2018 school year, we are continuing our long-term plan 'Think Green, Live Green.'  We are investigating and implementing various RECYCLING programs school-wide, such as our 'Feed the Monster' marker program.  We are REUSING as many resources as possible, such as reinventing denim jeans as wares to sell at the Holiday Shop.  We are REDUCING our waste, such as going as paperless as possible with school communications.

We meet the 2nd Tuesday of every month in the school cafeteria to provide updates on upcoming events, the status of our budget, and most importantly to get your input and feedback. Come join us!
